- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement electronically.

- The fourth bedroom does not have a window or closet.
- Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years. (See note below about primary renter age requirements – conflicting information)
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Groups with more people than indicated at booking, or more dogs than indicated, or who intend to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, should not book this property.
- Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and disclose any changes, which may result in an adjustment to the total cost or a security deposit requirement.
Fees and Payments
- Groups larger than 8 people will have to pay a surcharge of $20 per person per night on top of posted rates.
- The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning after the rental period has ended.
- For guests booking a stay of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week. Please contact for details on rates and cleaning schedule.
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
